ELECTRONIC ART:
File types: pdf, Illustrator (ver 10),
File Formats: Native vector files in ai, pdf, eps.
All elements must be vector (fonts/type, images)
Fonts: All fonts must be converted to avoid font substitutions.
File compression: Stuffit (MAC); Winzip (PC)
Transmission: E-mail, ftp or CD
If typesetting is required, indicate layout instructions (centered, flush left/right, all caps, upper/lower case, etc.) or we will prepare for best appearance/printing on item.
Paper proof recommended when typesetting.
ART CHARGES:
* Light touch-ups, simple color separations or re-sizing (on e-mailed art) and typesetting are free.
* Any additional time spent by the art department will be billed at $25.00(V) per 1/2 hour.
* Formats that may incur an art charge: Word files, Power Point, Photoshop, .gif, .jpg, .tif.
* Customers will be notified in advance of any additional charges.
* Quotes for art charges are available from our Art Department prior to placing orders.
Rush Service:
Accepted based on availability of production capacity. Additional charges may apply. Contact us with your request.
Production Proofs:
* Required on all orders over $1000.00.
* Shipped and billed for 1-day service, unless otherwise notified.
* Must be approved same day of receipt to avoid production delays.
* Changes to actual proof are subject to additional costs and new lead times.
Product Warranties:
* All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the invoice date.
* Defective products may be returned for credit or replacement.
* Decorated products returned within 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and redecorated with original logo free of charge.
* Decorated products returned after 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and returned blank.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Toppers either upgrades your order to the next higher-priced item, or offers the same product in another color.
Orders:
* The following must be confirmed in writing: decorated orders, changes to blank or decorated orders, reorders. Please also include previous invoice number, date.
* Changes to your order may result in changes to the original ship date.
Cancellations:
* All cancellations must be in writing; verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
* Blank or decorated orders cancelled during production will be charged at the cost of material and labor expended to date, including shipping costs.
Returns & Claims:
* All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment and include a MBAM return authorization number.
* Returns not due to a our error incur a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price plus any shipping costs.
* Refused shipments not due to our error incur a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price plus any freight charges.
Disclaimer Policy:
* 100% cotton fabric colors are not guaranteed to be colorfast.
* Due to variances of materials and other circumstances beyond our control, MBAM cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture or construction of finished goods from lot to lot.
* Due to manufacturing tolerances, all dimensions have acceptable variations of 1/2".
* MBAM is not liable for delays due to acts of God, material shortages, shipping or Customs interventions.
Website Photography:
* Colors may not be representative of true product colors.
* All logos are pictured to show our decorating reproduction ability only, and do not represent advertisements, endorsements, sponsorships or products for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owner of such logos and designs.
Delivery:
* Shipping: To the best of our ability, MBAM will use the most economical shipping method, unless a specific carrier is requested.
* Shortages: Despite our best efforts to ship exact quantities, decorated orders may be subject to a 5% under run and invoiced accordingly. Shortages will not be redone.
Authorization:
When you place an order with Mesh Bags and More, Inc. (MBAM), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, and distribute our products with the names, trademarks, copyrights, logos, etc., specified on your order. You also consent to indemnify, defend, and absolve MBAM and its affiliates and representatives from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses. This will include legal fees arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This directive will remain in effect after delivery of your merchandise. |
